Shipping policy

 We try and ship out your order as soon as possible, usually by the following business day, however please allow up to 3 business days for shipment. South Island may take a few day more as well as RD delivery. we ship via NZ post couriers.

and up to 3 weeks for International addresses may take up to 2 weeks.

Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond the control of Puppy collars & things.
